Your use of our website, and purchase, download and use of our products, constitutes your full acceptance of these terms and conditions. And you also agreed that any disputes of claim that you didn’t receive the download link or not the right file, but it is what you ordered we will charge you for any PayPal charges to us. You agreed that you will email us for regarding the said ordered to notify us that you didn’t get it. Either your email blocked our emails, or it is in your spam folder. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use our website or purchase, download or use any of our products.

Warranties and Liability

All manual listings on this site are described as best we can, we make every effort to ensure that our products are accurate, authoritative and fit for the use of our customers. However, we take no responsibility whatsoever for the contents of downloads, or as to completeness, some sections may be missing we are unable to check each document. Most of products are scans of actual manuals, and as such we cannot be held liable for smudged or unreadable pages and are provided for Reference Only.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Once a product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 due to the electronic nature of our products. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. All disputes of claim that you didn’t get the link or email will be charge of $15 for which is PayPal charges us.  We sent the download link right away if there is a problem with the server generating the download link.
